Innovation and commercial success at SIAL d’Or 2008

New and innovative products that have achieved commercial success were on show in abundance at the SIAL d’Or food and beverage competition, which took place on 15 and 16 May in Shanghai, China.
This prestigious competition is held every second year and complements SIAL France, the massive trade show and exhibition that this year runs from 19-23 October in Paris.
